In general, as English is taught early on across all Israeli faculties, most Israelis turn out to be comfortably bilingual, very like what one would see in The Netherlands or Scandinavian countries. This together with a big proportion of English-language programming on television that’s merely subtitled and infrequently dubbed. Schools within the Middle East comply with dual or triple language programmes. The triple language programme is mostly present in Lebanon, Tunisia, Syria, and sometimes applied as well in Egypt.
